SOUTH WINDSOR TOWN HALL TIME: 7:00 P.M.
1. Call Meeting to Order
Deputy Mayor Prague called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Duncan Forsyth, Town Attorney
3. Public Participation:
Mr. Jim Yungk of 121 Farnham Road came before the Town Council to voice his concerns with tractor trailer trucks using Town roads such as Troy Road and Rye Street. The roads are not designed to handle this type of traffic.

Will be discussed the Regular Meeting.

7. Executive Session
Councillor Bazzano made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:03 p.m. to discuss personnel issues, (Town Manager review, and Clerk of the Council review), and discuss contractual negotiations to addressStreet765 Sullivan Avenue. Mayor Street seconded the motion, and it was approved, unanimously.

7. Executive Session (continued)
After a short discussion regarding procedures. The Town Attorney stated that the item of contractual negotiations to addressStreet765 Sullivan Avenue should be added by motion to the agenda and then there should be a motion to go into Executive Session.
Councillor Bazzano and Mayor Streeter both withdrew their motions.
Councillor Bazzano made a motion to amend the agenda to add under Executive Session discussion regarding contractual negotiations to addressStreet765 Sullivan Avenue. Councillor McCann seconded the motion and it was approved, unanimously.
Councillor Bazzano made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:05 p.m. to discuss personnel issues, (Town Manager review and Clerk of the Council review), and discuss contractual negotiations to addressStreet765 Sullivan Avenue. Mayor Streeter seconded the motion, and it was approved, unanimously.
The following individuals went into Executive Session: Town Manager Matthew Galligan, Town Attorney Duncan Forsyth, Mayor Streeter, Deputy Mayor Prague, Councillors Bazzano, Hale, Havens, Maneeley, McCann, Pelkey, and Yagaloff.
The Executive Session was recessed at 7:28 in order to hold a public hearing. The Executive Session was then reconvened at 7:39 p.m.
8. Adjournment
Councillor Hale made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session and Work Session at 8:10 p.m. Councillor Maneeley seconded the motion and it was approved, unanimously.
